Under the leadership of Pat Welde, the Foundation will "adopt" up to 20 of those poorest families in Philadelphia to shop specifically for personal gifts for these families. Children of the donors will help wrap and deliver the presents in order to appreciate the blessings they have and to help foster a spirit of giving at an early stage in their life.
